Banana Bread Loaf

This banana bread recipe is simply easy & produces a just-sweet-enough, moist loaf of bread.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. First you want to mix together the butter, sugar, & egg. Whip it up good in a medium size bowl!
  3. Then add in the flour, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon.
  4. Once those are mixed well, add the sour cream, vanilla extract, & bananas.
  5. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until the inside is cooked.
